These poly/cotton BDU pants are heavy-duty, and exactly as described. They have button fly, button pockets, and reinforced knees and rear, with ties for hem. They appear to be identical to the type we wore in the USMC. Propper is a contractor for government clothing, and advertises on a tag with the pants that they've made 75 million over the years for military and law enforcement. Good stuff. A bit warm for summer wear, so you might want to get plain lightweight ripstop, such as we wore in Vietnam, for that. These are considered by the military as winter wear, but certainly good all year round. Mine arrived true to size. Washed in cold water and permanent press cycle on dryer, just to guard against shrinkage. There was none, however. We used to wash them in all kinds of water way back then!
